Kanu scores hat-trick in Gunners veterans match

Former Super Eagles captain Nwankwo Kanu showed a glimpse of his old self when Arsenal Legends took on Milan Glorie on Saturday in a charity match. And Arseanl fans took to twitter to mock Arsene Wenger signings for the new season. The Gunners fielded  Martin Keown, Gilberto Silva and Robert Pires, Marc Overmars whilst the Milan squad included such names as Paolo Maldini, Alessandro Costacurta and Zvonimir Boban. The hosts won the game, veteran Nigerian striker Nwankwo Kanu bagging a hat-trick in a 4-2 victory; Robert Pires netted the fourth, with Christian Vieri grabbing two for Milan. Arsene Wenger started the season with Chuba Akpom and Yaya Sanogo
